where can I find some talented actors between 18-23?

I'm doing a talent search for actors in my area for talented actors, however, I need some actors and not just male models, who put actor on their resumes, like most talent agencies say to do, to get them more work. Any ideas where to look?

Post a notice in the gigs section of Craig's list for your area.

Put an ad in the local paper.
Call talent agents---look them up in the yellow pages.
