I would try to get it out first with hairspray - repeatedly spraying on to the mark and wiping gently with a soft white cloth (so you can see if it's coming off). When youve got as much off as you can, re-condition the leather by rubbing in some olive oil or good cooking oil. Then put all the biros out of reach and give him a blackboard and loads of chalk to express himself in a way that's easy to clean up!

Try methylated spirits, but test it on an area you can't see first just in case it removes some of the colour from the leather. It works on fabrics sometimes though I think alot depends on the type of ink in the biro.

Ink remover stick for leather. Eucalyptus oil rub it on, it removes most things including motor oil. another is hairspray, spray it on wipe of quickly. also milk. Try all things on an inconspicuous place first.

A little bit of hairspray onto a damp cloth works wonders. Dab gently onto the stain. Make sure you rinse it well straight after though.

Try wet wipes - it sounds stupid but they're really good for stuff like that! - Good luck!
