i dont know how to fix my grandfather clock...?

it wont chime, and the outer two weights wont drop, but the middle one does and it still tells time. what is wrong with it?

I can only guess that the middle weight runs the clock, and the outer weights are either ornamental or they run the chimes. Is there a switch or lever that turns the chimes on or off?

There are grandfather clock repair men or Horologist. Try to find one in a major city and see what help they can be to you.
