I don't think she realizes how LOUD she is/its ridiculous/I feel sorry for her.

Is she always around you? If she is, I can relate to how you feel about the sounds she makes. I'm also sensitive to sounds and voices myself. Maybe you could try to remind her first, and if she still keep making loud noises, send her a tape which records the sounds she makes when she moves around. Good luck.

oh stop it....I know people that are tiny and sound like elephants when they move around...it's all in how they plant their feet so get over it and I'm sure she doesn't need YOU feeling sorry for her.....

Take a video of her ridiculous behaviour without her knowledge and mail it to her without sender address.
