well lets see. i've never seen football players go into the stands and fight with fans. It seems like everyday I watch a fight on sportscenter involving basketball players, but you can't say it's just basketball. It is football also, but most owners, GM's, ect.. in both sports don't care about having role models. all they care about is wins and money. So get used to thug life in both sports..
and why bring the race card into things when LT is the new face of football. by the way isn't he black.. and the Bengals only had 9 arrests this year, but still way to many

yea i agree w/ the guy above me...Football is way worse...11 players arrested, that's an absolute joke..Steroids and other drug use run rampant in the NFL...and i gotta ask where have u been??...The NBA requires their players to wear nice clothing..They are the only league in the U.S. that has a dress code for both their players and coaches...
Since the start of last year you must wear slacks into the area, with a nice buttoned up shirt, with a jacket or sweater.....Your Not allowed to wear chains at all...Most of these guys are intelligent, have you ever heard Tim Duncan, Kobe Bryant, or Steve Nash give a post game interview??? They actually use proper English when speaking, and dissect the games in a very intelligent manor..I mean now you have to go to college for at least 1 year, and i don't care what you say about the schools giving their athletes grades, you still have to get a moderate SAT score to even get into college....And since when did getting a tattoo make u a hoodlum??...The only reason you don't think of NFL players as thugs s because the faces of the league are white (Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Brian Urlacher).....

It's getting close. The NBA has taken a change for the worse with the new look of players displaying tattoos which cover so much of their body. ( I can't go to work looking like that. Can you? )
At times the games look like pick up prison games. It's out of control.
David Stern is allowing the integrity of the game slip further and further away.
This is one the main reasons why Steve Nash will win his 3rd straight MVP award. He's a good player, a good family man, and a damn good roll model for society.
Even if there was someone who possibly deserved it more, they won't get it. The media and writers are sick of this new look NBA
and I don't blame them.

Eddy curry makes approximately 12 mill and bosh makes 14.5 none of them make over max contract. i think of Rashard Lewis properly worth 20 million. Atleast curry's could be used at commerce bait reason for communities seeking to shed off some earnings. Lewis's contract nonetheless gonna choose for a on a similar time as. Paying a three element shooter 20 mill would not look like the terrific determination extraordinarily his loss of defence whilst enjoying PF.

LOL, It's that same thing for every single professionnal sport association. Almost all professional athletes working for Association/League/(...) comparable to the NBA are overpaid. And I think it's the same thing for a lot of Hollywood actors and actresses

Yeah, there are, guys like Nash and Tim Duncan. But the NBA is getting to be all in-your-face crap and strutting and posing. It and the NFL are getting pretty annoying to watch.

"TATOOS AND GANGSTA STLYE CLOTHING" DO NOT MEAN ANYTHING. IF THEY HAVE GAME AND KNOW HOW TO PLAY, THEY WILL PLAY. AND THEN AGAIN, THERE ARE THOSE PLAYERS WHO DO NOT HAVE TATOOS AND DRESS "GANGSTA" THAT DO NOT EVEN GET RECOGNIZED. IF THAT IS THE CASE, THE NBA SHOULD NOT EXCEPT PLAYERS WITH "TATOOS" AND WHO WEAR "GANGSTA CLOTHES."
