Can anyone tell me which banks are partners of or are owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland?

Tesco Personal Finance
The One Account
Lombard Direct
MINT Credit Card
Adam & Co
Coutts
Coutts Bank von Ernst
Citizens Bank (USA)
- who also own Charter One bank, CCO Mortgage Corp, RBS National and RBS Lynk

Plus various insurance companies (Direct Line, Churchill, Privilege etc)

NB To Rich T - Halifax merged with Bank of Scotland (not RBS).

the Nat West bank was taken over by the Royal bank of Scotland in the mid to late 90s. I believe they also support the OneAccount which used to be Virgin owned.

RBS own NatWest. Not sure about any others. But all the big banks own other banks, ie, Halifax = Birmmingham Midshire
