Ouch. That's a tough one. They'd both hurt like heck! If I could only choose one or the other, I'd choose to be eaten alive. I have a high pain threshold when it comes to being bitten, scratched and chewed on. (It comes from having 10 cats.) Get the tiniest flame close to my skin and even people who live a few streets away can hear me screaming.

Eaten. Maybe i would poison whatever was eating me....or maybe he would choke on my bones.
