Grassy has everything a man could want except being married and settled down to that someone special.
Skills and abilities do not mean much unless they are in high demand and pay you with the respect you deserve.

You need to ask yourself if you have truly settled, or are you really doing everything with the hand you've been dealt. It's not always about chasing what you don't have, but attaining what you need and sharing yourself with people that you know deserves it. It's really up to each person. If you think you'll be happier with all those things that can make life 'more' then go for it. I have learned that the things I have are all that I need. Are the extras good? Yes. But I am not going to stress myself trying to get it? No. I will work for it, but I won't go out of my way to make sure I have it. I won't take away from myself and my family to get it. Because if you don't have time for your family, what good is the 'more'?

I don't feel like I have really settled that much. I think I accomplished a good bit of what I wanted to in life. Then again, I don't look as good as you do in the mirror ;-)

The situation may change after a disease, near-death experience, something that makes you re-evaluate your life. Afterwards - if you survive - you'll understand that happiness and fulfilment do not necessarily depend on outer trappings.

well,I figure life is what you make it,& when you have limited ways to deal with it ,you make do best ya can...On bad days I keep my misery company by ruining my mother in laws day ..=)
