First of all hi..... I like your question bcz I have the same problem what you have. The institution where I am working always emphasis upon English speaking but my English is not good. I am trying to develop my skill. I read English news paper's article. There are so many words in the article that I don't know. I write them in my notebook and fine its meaning. This is really very helpful. The more you read you get more confidence about the language. The other thing is listening. Listen English news and see English movies. It will give you more pronunciation practice. And the most important thing is don't feel complex just talk to your friends as much as you can in English bcz if we don't make mistakes then how will you know that what is right? BEST OF LUCK

you can improve by answering in our community, and most important is read news paper daily with loudly. First don't stop or dont go back even u r wrong and imagine that u r a news reader it will boost u. And try to communicate in English even though u r wrong. Every day give a speech in front of mirror u can observe u r facial expressions of urs it will helps a lot try it. Dont be shy or dont feel that u r delivering wrongly even though u r wrong try to communicate in English only.

Have manners, respect for other people and their feelings, make eye contact when they are talking, be friendly smile a lot and most of all be real. Talk to lots and lots of people on a daily basis , take a speech class or two. Be open and realize that no one is out to get you, nor is anyone perfect so be yourself. =D

if do want to develop you skill do practice and talk to you friend as a official league and, if you are a man, talk to girls any topic don't wait for topic and if you are a girl, talk to men and don't fear because it is for you not your friend.
