My girlfriend used to complain about the size of her breasts all the time,Or lack of.Every time she complained I would tell her to put toilet paper in her cleavage.She never used to ask why,She would just storm off in a huff.Until the other day,She demanded to know what I meant buy telling her to put toilet paper between her breasts.So I told her,That if she wants her breasts to grow she should put toilet paper between her breasts because it's worked for her ***!Most men don't give a damn whether your breasts are small or whatever.If he loves you,He will love you for who you are not the size of your breasts.But if it's for your own self confidence,Well I believe your looking in the wrong place.

Breast implants are the only way to make them bigger and rounder.
I mean, yes you could exercise and maybe firm the chest area up a little but THAT ITSELF even make your breasts appear smaller from the tightening of the pectoral muscles.
Weight gain usually makes a womans breasts get a little bigger but I wouldn't advise THAT either.
There's no special medicine/herbal supplement that one can ingest to make boobs rounder and bigger either.
Your best bet is breast implants or a good push up bra hun.

Actually, there are a lot of guys like you and me who prefer smaller breasts over larger breasts and I am not sure that I agree when you say "most guys seem to like big ones". I will agree that most guys in school and many immature guys SAY that they like bigger breasts but many of the school age kids are saying that due to peer pressure instead of actual preference. Any mature man will love a woman for who she is, regardless of there preference for breast size because no woman should ever be judged by breast size (just as no man should ever be judged by penis size), people should be judged on the way that they respect and treat you, themselves and others. Even though I have a physical preference for smaller breasts, I have dated large breasted women because I fell in love with the woman before I fell in love with the breasts.

Work those chest muscles under them with butterflies. The muscles will lift your breasts and help you out.

Push up bra, padded bra, or plastic surgery. The first two are not as painful!
