I wouldn't know for sure, but Nigeria seems to have an enormous number of people who produce spam, whether actually fraudulent or simply stupid. And my guess is you found this name and phone number in an email that mentioned large sums of money that are impliedly (but not exactly stated) coming to you.

Please understand that real business transactions which need to be made concerning strangers, such as the unknown beneficiary of someone's will or insurance policy, are not done through email. A lawyer will send a certified letter, most likely, or at least a very real, written letter from an attorney which you can then show to your attorney to approve as valid before you sign.

Repeat, they do NOT do business with strangers by email.
