My mom doesn't buy me stuff like that, my grandma does and all of mine are getting kinda small. How can i casually imply that i need one?

If you want to put it across to her lightly, ask her if when wearing bras are you supposed to fall out of them when you lean over. This is a common problem when you need a larger cup size.
Or you can just ask her, but if you continually ask her for new things she may think this is all you need her for...cash and clothes.
