Copy and paste the code on your site where you want it to go

For example: If you have a sidebar with links etc just paste it somewhere within the other links you already have

Thats just a link to their site with the text that it will display, just enter the text on your site where you want it to go and then tell them where you have put the link if by e-mail possibly include the URL of the page you have put it on.

Do you have a website? If so, just copy that code into the middle of the page when you are in "code view"

- or open your main page in notepad then paste that into the text then save it and open it.
