few suggestions:
1st you need to improve grammar.
2nd, I am sure you won't find partners here on yahoo. Not at least the way you are searching.
3rd, place ad in local news paper, internet website... provide some detail like what's the idea, risk involvement and potential, what's your roll, what you expect from partner etc.

First of all read the book Shaping the Future, then read Think and Grow Rich learn about master mind principle, then start searching for the partners, As in IT the whole thing depends on your idea and how best it will capitalise the market. Since the industry is booming every one is interested in becoming a partner, if you fail to choose the right associates, your venture may fail leaving you only pains.
If you need any assistance you can contact many of the well established IT firms who are willing to invest in up-coming companies, with Venture Capital.

First of all U should start Business and remain in market, understand this market and see your self that U had already know about 5-6 sound refrences for your required persons.This the only best available way for U.
