If you're asking if Venus has mountains, the answer is yes and they seem to occur in bands like some ranges on earth. Many are volcanic and the highest is about 11 km in height which makes it taller than mount Everest.

Venus hill ? You are probably referring to the "Mons Venus" - "Mont de Vénus" - "Mons Veneris" roughly translated as
" Venus Hill".
In Anatomy (body): It is on the front of the pubis of women. At puberty Mons Venus get covered with pubic hair. In a man it is called Mons Pubis.
