The question why the sky and the deep ocean are both blue did not much concern the earlier physicists...It was thought to be the natural color of pure air and water, so pale as not to be visible when small quantities were seen, and only exhibiting its true tint when we looked through great depths of atmosphere or of organic water...But this theory did not explain the familiar facts of the gorgeous tints seen at sunset and sunrise, not only in the atmosphere and on the clouds near the horizon, but also in equally resplendent hues when the invisible sun shines upon Alpine peaks and snowfields...A true theory should explain all these colors, which comprise almost every tint of the rainbow...I see this as the true source of beauty...

The source of beauty is not from what you are appreciating. the source of beauty is the interpretation your mind develops of what you are appreciating. in other words; if you believe a vehicle is beautiful, doesn't mean that the vehicle is emmiting beauty. it means that your mind has decided that the vehicle is beautiful therefore making the true origin (source) of the beauty at hand is coming from you and not the vehicle.
bottom line: "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
hope this helps....

individual perception in the true source of beauty. We all see things as beautiful or not based on our specific criteria for beauty. Look at the people around you and see for yourself. How they dress, where they live, how they present themselves....beauty is an individual presentation of their own self image.

True happiness, confidence and kind hearted. A person that has all this will surely be adored by people, even if he or she is technically not that beautiful. Beauty is something deeper then physical. Its inner beauty that ultimately shines through and wins.

In the ultimate analysis, symmetry and balance seem to be the source of beauty.... when symmetry or balance is disturbed, the ugliness is born.
