Sex between people of same sex is homosexuality & people doing it are homosexuals. Usually in males the sex consist of oral sex as well anal sex whereas in females its oral sex & using artificial penis or dildo or any other object having shape like a penis for vaginal or anal sex.

from my understanding "homosexual" isnt something u do...it means that a person has a sexual orientation towards the same sex..
