To do that right click anywhere on your desktop, go to properties, then select the tab that says settings. Just move the slide bar to the postion that fits your needs

Is IE the Only App you are getting this in ?
Are you getting Pages with regular writing ?
Check Page Setup, and Check the Properties off the Desktop, there may have been a change in something there
