A) it feels good, and because women are traditionally more often taught to be openly emotional than men, you'll hear them moan more than them,
or,
B) They're faking to be nice.

Well it feels nice and it comes naturally,at least to me...
Besides by that i show that i like what he is doing...
But some are unfortunately faking too...

I was with my current girlfriend and I was really giving it to her good, she starts making noise, so I put my hand over her mouth and she bit it! I stopped and ask, "Why did you do that?" She had the phone in her hand and said, "I can't talk to my girlfriend if your hand is over my mouth!"
