We may get some answers to some tough questions starting with the Scooter Libby trial, after that it will be all the documents that Bush did not want the Democrats to see from 9/11 up to the Iraq War misintelligence...I have a feeling that its gonna be a long 2yrs for the Republicants and thats why they are so mad!!

LOL. It wouldn't take an amendment. Just change the swearing in oath to include a promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth. That way if a president or senator lies in office, he or she committed perjury and can be ousted.

First of all, why would Congress write up an amendment that would screw them?
Secondly, "America" wouldn't write another amendment. Congress would. And as I said, why would Congress write up an amendment that would screw them? It would screw ALL politicians.
