I live in an apartment complex & every morning children come in to get out the cold while they are waiting on the bus. They don't live in this building. They scream, bump the door, slide down the stair, fight, etc every single morning. I just moved in 2 months ago what can be done, if anything???

Complain to your landlord first off. If he doesn't do anything to resolve the problem, call the children's' school and/or the school bus company (assuming it's a school bus they're waiting for). Maybe the bus stop could be moved, or perhaps a bus shelter could be built for them to use.

If all else fails, get a big, scary looking dog to sit in the hallway and growl at them when they come in.

Im guessing nobody has ever told them to be quiet.
If they are told enough times, then yelled at if it continues, they will either start being quiet or stop going in at all.

If the landlord doesn't do something (he supposed to), just throw them out, they are only kids, after all.
