First off, you cannot "exorcise" a house. You can have the house blessed by your local clergy. People are exorcised when they are possessed by demons. Your house could be sitting on a vortex, or something could have happened in that house before you(conjuring or murder,etc)and that door is still open. Or your house could be on sacred grounds...research who lived there before you, the history of the house, etc. Talk to your local clergy and tell them you need your house blessed. That way, whatever was there before will be removed.
Or, you could have inadvertantly opened the door to the spiritual realm via music, bringing people in the house that have attached spirits, or via reading of occult literature.
