t.v. is made for people to look good. There is a lot make up, lighting and what not. The paparatsi pictures are real life. No makeup, no lihting or anythig. What you see is what you get. The poparatsi pictures are closer to reality.

Professional photographers and television camerapeople are paid to make stars look good, while the more unflattering the picture, the more money the paparazzi makes.

Because no one wants to see perfectly made-up celebrities with every hair neatly in place... we can see that anytime in movies or on TV, what people want to see is celebrities looking like everyone else - bed hair, no make-up, scraggy tracksuit pants. Photographers get paid a truckload more for photos of celebrities looking normal than they do for celebrities looking like celebrities.
