I am sure we have all seen these. I just wondered if sending the error report is actually useful. Does anyone know?

For XP not really do to the chances of your problem being a bug is unlikely. With newer software like Vista and Office 07 it is a bit more useful but even then... its unlikely to turn up to be a bug or other... Also, you can look at the report and see what you are sending so I wouldn't worry about that unless your trying to hide something.

I never send them reports. I don't trust large corporations such as Microsoft. I am very wary of how the information will be used.
