I Can't believe no-one has said Puss from Shrek 2.
1: he's voiced by Antonio Banderes.
2: He has a hat that's a cross between Indiana Jones' and Jack Sparrows.
and 3: He's just the most swavve, sophisticated little ball of fluff, and he can do the 'kitty kitty' eyes.
Definatly Puss in Boots from Shriek 2.

It's a tie between Scar from Lion King, owing to that rather sexy voice, or Robin Hood Fox, because he's just rather yummy.
