Go for a wee, have a wash, brush my teeth, kiss the children, strip, jump into bed ,kiss hubby goodnight and snore!! So the last thing I do before I go to bed is take my clothes off!

Before bed it is the usual teeth brushing
Once in, i usually fall asleep whilst gently rubbing my wifes back - it helps her get to sleep.

The last thing i do is pray. Sometimes i fall alsleep before i am done. My last word are always asking God to watch over me and my family, and save my lost and love ones.
