You can't change people so your best bet is to learn to live with it. I am sure that nothing much has changed from the time you were going out to now. So maybe if you are romantic he might get the idea or like what you are doing and try some of his own but in reality you can't make someone something they are not!.

You just wait until the next time he brings home flowers (etc. etc.) and keep admiring them and treating them special (fresh water, cutting the ends off) and thanking him and making love to him until he benefits more than you do for being romantic. If you don't get flowers, then pick something else he does. Men are just like women. They want to be appreciated and that always leads me to romance. He's already "won" you so he has no challenge. Give him one by positive reinforcement. Good Luck!! @8-)

I don't think you can change anyone unless they themselves want to change. So in your case as close as you're going to get is to make a list and come right out and tell him exactly what you want, how and when.

First, you can't "make" anyone do anything. Just tell them this is something you need and see how they adjust.
