Its a show about guys trying to get out of jail post haste.

You must be thinking of OZ.
Prison Break is about a man who goes to jail for murder.
But the person he "killed" is still alive. It's a conspiracy.
So this man's brother comes up with a plan to break him out of prison, and now they are on the run while simultaneously trying to expose the conspiracy.
