I think you are asking how many planets are in our solar system, to which there are nine. People often don't know the proper terminology when asking questions about astronomy. The universe is made up of millions galaxies, the galaxies have millions of stars, and the stars could have millions of solar systems. Multiplying all these together and the numbers become staggering. As far as the colors go...I cant help you there.
BTW We live in the Milky Way galaxie.

No one knows how many planets there are. The number is just too big. We have not discovered the majority of planets in our own galaxy. There are around 100 billion galaxies in the Universe, each with thousands, millions, or billions of stars. These stars can have many planets around them.

There are less than 200 known, although there are probably billions; only the colours of the planets in our solar system are known, Mars is reddish and Neptune a light blue.

There are exactly 8,987 planets in the universe. Dah, what planet are you from? Everyone knows that.

The universe is infinite (some scholars say it is finite). If it is infinite, then it is safe to say that there are an infinite number of planets in the universe. If it is finite, we haven't learned how to count them all yet.
