I studied criminology at Manchester. I have to say however, that it is not as interesting as it sounds. You get bogged down by all the theory, I was more interested in the research side of things you see.

Also if you want to use your degree in the future the job market can be a little limited for eg. Police, Probation, Prison or Social Work. I am training to be an ICT teacher at the moment!

My brother did, and he got a pretty good mark in it. He's now a HM Prison guard in HMP Belmarsh and he loves it.

He'd reccomend the Criminology degree.
