Grammatically, the correct usage should be:
It has been a long time since we spoke last.
However, in actual talk, we tend to speak the way you have written, and people do understand what you mean to convey!

Dont worry about the two languages. As she learns to speak she will seperate them gramatically as well and as long as enough people talk to her in both languages she will be fluent in both. My former boss did this with his kids and they spoke English and spanish like natives ya could say. They take as long as they want to speak. I didnt speak properly until I was three, but my son could speak properly in long grammatically correct sentences at 18 months. My grandaughter is one and says about a dozen things, but only if she feels like it. But she also babbles a lot.

It's technically correct, but it sounds weird. Try this instead:

It has been a long time since we last spoke.

Or, be more simple and natural:

It's been a while since we talked.

No it isn't. You need to have a noun after "long" because it is an adjective and also an article before it so it becomes a noun phrase - "It has been a long time..."
