None. Height is genetically programmed when you are born, healthy diet can ensure reaching your programmed height, while poor nutrition can stunt growth. Exercise and muscle development, while not actually increasing overall height, will give the appearance that a person is taller--a bulked up guy and a skinny guy the same height will appear, if they are not standing side by side, to be of different height.
