high sensitivity
excessive amounts of energy
bores easily-may appear to have a short attention span
requires emotionally stable and secure adults around
will resist authority if it's not democratically oriented
learns from exploratory level, resisting rote memory or just being a listener
cannot sit still unless absorbed in something of their own interest
very compassionate; has many fears such as death and loss of loved ones
may become easily frustrated because they have big ideas but lack the resources or people to assist them in carrying these tasks to fruition
if they experience failure early, may give up and develop permanent learning blocks.

only sounds like a spoiled kid if you are a lazy parent.

To me, it sounds like a bunch of bunk. You can read a list of character traits on this link if you scroll down to the red print. Basically, it describes any spoiled child. It gives parents a way to excuse their own parenting and their child's behavior by blowing off their child's selfishness and hyper activity as "special" since they have an indigo aura.
