i dont know about anyone else but i have never woken up with a large wet patch, although we are able to get excited in our dreams and be wet down there. just not as much as men. yes we can have sexual dreams this is very possible, but the amount of wetness depends on the woman themselves as an individula!!!

Yes, girls have sex dreams. They are so hot! Usually its with some kind of stange guy who you don't really fancy anyway in real life, but the dreams are so erotic and you can actually feel the pleasure and get wet. Unfortunately they don't happen very often for me :-((
