Ain't no way of doing that mate. Sky One is one of the subscription channels, and would require a decoder (Sky Digibox) and current subscription.
You can connect teh sky box to your PC, using a TV capture card, but that wasn't what you asked!
Be wary of sites than seem to offer "Free Sky TV" on your pC - this is not the case, you will simply be sent a list of video streaming sites, not Sky.

Advantages: - Variety of channels - Sky News (twenty four hours seven days a week) Disadvantages: - When it rains it affects the sky dish which affects the signal making it blurrier - Cost, sky is not cheap - If you don't pay by direct debit their are extra costs

just download it mate from a torrent I did the same when 24 was on last year but I have sky now as personally prefer watching it on tv rather then my pc

You can download 24 from almost any torrent site and watch it on your PC.
go to torrent spy.com and search for it there. download it using bit torrent client. simple.
