Im am very task oriented and I work well with others. I dont mind following directions/orders.
If you are going on an interview and they usually ask this question, they almost always ask what your weaknesses are as well. Be prepared.

Tell them about your good qualities. I know mine. I'm sure you have some idea of what your good qualities related to work are. If I knew you, I'd give you a long list. Unfortunately, I don't know you.
