it spells ''join the navy'' backwards,,
it was in a recently show on sky one episode of the simpsons where bart, milhouse, nelson and ralph formed a boyband!!
the boyband was managed by a L.T Smash, who happened to be a navy leiutenant, and was using the boyband to send subliminal messages to springfields youth in order to get them to inlist,
in fact, the Party Posse (as they were called), held there 1st (and only) concert onboard a navy aircraft carrier!!!
