PSP help videos do not work?

I am Having the darndest time putting videos on my psp. Iput them in the right place and named them right. It says that it cannot be played even though it is in mp4 format. Ithink it has something to do with AVI.

first of you have to create folder in the memory card name it video
then you drag the file to the folder name video
if your still having trouble go to playstation.com and click on the psp tab
