The possiblity of redundancy might be looming on the horizon for me. It is either that or a new contract which is rubbish- the terms and conditions are horrible. I have worked for the company I am with for a year. The redundancy operates on a ' month for ever year of service'. Do I take the redundancy or accept an inferiro contract. I kinda think the time could be better spent applying for jobs. What do you think?

you don't work for an LA do you? I have facing the same position and will be receiving my 90 days notice any day now. If you are in the UK the company must give you 90 days notice to comply with the new contract, why not look for something else and if nothing comes up tell them on day 89, that's what I plan to do
