Never, what would be the point of lying. Many questions are simply asking for opinions and some are asking for knowledge and some are asking in the style of trivia questions so people can test their own knowledge.

No. Why wasted my times to answer the question and lie about it. If I don't know the answer or unsure about it then I'll pick another question, which is I know the answer or the question caught my interested.
