thats a clever question..
i suppose since the time we're born we r living with love and only love..but to answer to ur ques i think we wud neve rbe able to live without love..
if we were to..then we wudn't be called humans but i don't kno monsters..we r made up of love so we depend some part on it
but really..we cud never live without love..cuz we all have loved..love and will love all our life..its as simple as breathing..

Yes. They can survive. Their life will be boring and meaningless. Some have been through the ringer time and time again and do not want to go through it anymore. Some think "The pain of being alone is lees than the pain you feel loosing in love."
