i want to discuss it with her,its making me nervous,i think i should avoid her,but need to say something positive/what should i say?

As long as she's legal and u wouldn't be cheating on anyone go for it you'd have to be comin' off a weeklong woody to turn her down. However, if by some chance you have good reason not to go for it, the best way is to be straight up with her why u can't do it. Remember to tell her how much u like her and how pretty she is. Also, remind her that this doesn't mean ending any sort of relationship u had with her up until this point and that there won't be any newfound awkwardness between both of you. Perhaps even go out of your way to do her a favor as a sign of goodwill. Buddy, I detect a tone of desire in your question. Why not keep the both of u happy. Most important, think this through long and hard bec there is no such regret as passed up seks.

If this goes against your principles, then you really should avoid her. Young girls tend to find their own interpretation of even the slightest encouragement (read all the do you think he likes me questions).
It might be easy to slip into doing something you might regret later on if you stay close to temptation.
