It really depends on how often you do laundry, but ditto on the two weeks suggestion. Basically assume that you won't let laundry get past a second week of putting it off, then you'll be good to go.
Throw out old underwear every 3-4 months or so. Personally, I have to do that for my guy, 'cuz he doesn't care. We use public laundry facilities and they are heck on fabrics. And, quite frankly, they just don't make knickers like they used to...

I would say that it depends on how many time a week you do laundry. A two-week's supply is safe, but you should always have double what you use between washes, so that if something happens you will not be stuck with dirty underwear.

depending on How often u wash & how many weeks to a month if u wash once a wk xs 4 weeks- 9x1=9 wkly,bi wkly- 9x2=18, 3xwk- 9x3=27,monthly- 9x4=36. months with 5 weeks-9x1=9wkly, bi-wkly- 9x2=18,3xwk- 9x3=18,monthly- 9x4=36. 5 wk- 9x5=45. pairs to be tossed at your/viewer desgression if you see they r torn and raveled but not stined well hell by all means keep them till they fall off and save a $1 or 2 for something u need like lipstick or ect... if stained toss em,on the other hand other hand if your spoken for torn and raveled not sexy toss before he says honey how much more can u squeeze out of a $1 or 2

one for each days of the week plus two extra for laundry day. when its worn out or have stains you can't wash out, then throw it out
