Nobody stars because it shows who you are and now I don't if people like my question or not. I want the thumbs back!

I prefer to be anonymous with the old thumbs-up or -down. Also thumbing lets the asker know just how liked and/or disliked the question is.
Hopefully, they won't just 'star' the answers in the same way. Some are so bad that they deserve to be thumbed-down. And others deserve thumbs-up.

Its not so much I hate the stars, as miss the thumbs down.

Yeah, I am not too fond of the stars myself, I would rather have the thumbs back, too. =)

the stars aren't bad it's just random. People propably don't give you a star because your question wasn't interesting. Sorry

Yeah, and some people don't give stars cos they think it's sucking up to get best answer.

the stars are bueatiful, especially in winter when the sky is clear and the moon is new
