Here are the meanings they are fairly self-explanatory and their differences obvious.

Ethnocentrism's:
1. Belief in the superiority of one's own ethnic group.
2. Overriding concern with race.

Paradigm:
1. An example serving as a model; pattern.

Perception:
1. The act or faculty of apprehending by means of the senses or of the mind; cognition; understanding.
2. immediate or intuitive recognition or appreciation, as of moral, psychological, or aesthetic qualities; insight; intuition; discernment: an artist of rare perception.
3. the result or product of perceiving, as distinguished from the act of perceiving; percept.
4. Psychology. a single unified awareness derived from sensory processes while a stimulus is present.
5. Law. the taking into possession of rents, crops, profits, etc.

Without opening a heap of books, from memory Ethnocentrism is the belief that ones culture is superior to another?? And a paradigm is a way of looking at something, there are better ways to explain it, and I'm sure some one may.
