since it has been going on for 4 months, it's time to see a urologist. all of the above factors can play havoc on your libido. a urologist will order testing to determine if there is a biological reason for this decline.

High cholesterol can also affect your ability to get/maintain an erection.
Performance anxiety?

the cause can be alot of things
stress or high blood pressure just to name 2
if you are looking for a natural remedy you might want to try Ginsing
the best way to take it is to buy the little vials, come in boxes of 10
take 1 each morning, not at night it might keep you awake
it can take about a week or so to build up in your system
