More than likely, this is not a Men's (Physical) Health question, rather a Mental Health question. The person who answered your question a few responses below is right. It can be many things, like:
Stress (of any kind) related to your self esteem, marriage, kids or lack thereof, diet, loss of job. The possibilities are endless. An indepth examination would be necessary.

Maybe stress?
High cholesterol can also affect your ability to get/maintain an erection.
Performance anxiety?
Mid-life crisis?
These are all valid reasons. You should 1) consider taking a quality Men's Multivitamin/Mineral supplement, & 2) discuss your situation with your Doctor.

the cause can be alot of things
stress or high blood pressure just to name 2
if you are looking for a natural remedy you might want to try Ginsing
the best way to take it is to buy the little vials, come in boxes of 10
take 1 each morning, not at night it might keep you awake
it can take about a week or so to build up in your system
good luck
PS
sometime being worried about can exacerbate the problem so try to not worry to much, i know it can be tough to do

You need to relax your mind or try to think-less of many things that makes life what it is, and avoid stressful exercise. You are still very young to be active on your duty post for your partner.
