i want 2 know if i can download off the american itunes

Yes, you should be able to use it anywhere you can get an internet connection.

I'm deployed to Iraq, and using it here, so if iTunes can be used in Iraq, it's got to be able to be to used by our friends in the U.K.!

I have tried, but I think to be able to download from a site in another country, you need to have an address in that country linked to your credit/debit card. I did ask them once and that was the answer they gave. The only way I could think to do it would be to get someone on holiday there to set up an account for you whilst in the US using your card. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, and I understand how frustrating this is for you!

I'm pretty sure most music would be available over here. Although I don't personally use Itunes.

You can definitely view it, but if you read the terms and conditions then it states that you cannot download anything from the US store if you live outside of the country.

no you cant download from american itunes if you're not in the us. its a pain in the ***
