Always wear ur seat belt
dont drink drive
try not to swear to much
keep ur friends close and your enemy's closer
exercise for 15 minutes a day
eat well
dont sleep around
respect ur elders
drink lots of water
Love/respect your friends and family
life is short, live it well

I'm afraid i don't give advice anymore...this comes from years of friends asking me for advice...i'd give them great advice (it's the one thing i'm good at) and then they'd go ok that's great and do something COMPLETELY different....and then come moaning to me about it! Right now where's that high horse i rode in on!?
