how to find begon when i already took the tm in pokemon emerald?

I already took the dragon claw without getting a bagon so how do i get one.

What do you mean... You know that far left cave on the map right after the Ash Fields Surf up and use waterfall and go into there far up ladders and through cave entrances you will find a elongated room with water in-between go surf to the other side and Bagon will be there!
