Nice area, close to Notting Hill, local to Bayswater, also a large shopping centre (Whiteleys), plenty of restaurants there.. Good mix of people (cultures) quite classy I think, nice and green, the park is nice and its central without being too polluted. If you drive its close to motorways (Shepherds bush).oh and not to forget, funky Portobello Road not far either!

If I was to rate it as an area I'd give it 8/10 because its a bit expensive to rent around there, thats the only bad thing.

I lived right down the road in Bayswater for a while and really loved the atmosphere there--very classy, very quiet. But yes, very expensive.
